San Dimas is a vibrant community of diverse and caring individuals. I am committed to working tirelessly to enhance the quality of life for every single person who calls San Dimas home.
The importance of diversity in local government decision-making processes is vital. Equally important, it increases innovation, creativity and strategic thinking because teams of people who come from different backgrounds can draw upon their unique experiences and a wider range of knowledge, therefore making decisions that will be in the best interest of their constituents.
What I bring to San Dimas and City Council District 1:
- I bring a new perspective to the City Council. I will work with the City, my fellow City Council Members, and the residents of District 1 to keep San Dimas safe, add and grow business, and make it easier to do business with the City, support our schools, the environment, respectful dialogue and improve the quality of life for everyone within our district and the City of San Dimas.
- I will be accessible, transparent, and involved with my constituents. I will hold several town hall meetings to better understand your issues, prioritize them and provide resolutions. My constituents and I will work together to meet the needs within our district and the City of San Dimas.
- I am open to new ways of running our district and the City of San Dimas. I am skilled in Management, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Consulting, Auditing, Conflict resolution, Budget & Contract negotiations, strong collaboration, working with diverse groups, and building strong teams, as well as getting things done in a timely manner while balancing the budget.
My platform:
Sustainability: Smart growth and innovation that maintains our unique small town character, protects the environment, provides modern infrastructure.
Engagement & Empowerment: Our strength lies in the collective voice of our residents. I will hold several town hall meetings to better understand your issues, prioritize them and provide resolutions. My constituents and I will work together to meet the needs within our district and the City of San Dimas.
Public Safety: I will work with residents, business, law enforcement and our schools to maintain a safe, nurturing environment for our families. I will work to reduce homelessness in San Dimas.
Senior Citizens: I will ensure that seniors can access resources, activities, and housing. I will collaborate with Seniors to improve their quality of life, demonstrate that I value them and help them obtain additional services.
